Big thanks to Dr. Jacobi and her assistant on my visit 9/28/23 while traveling through Des Moines. Grateful for her knowledge, explanation of options, compassion and guidance in making hard decisions about my elder dog Buddy.If I lived in the area she would absolutely be my go-to Veterinarian.

Dr. Jacobi & the nurse were great with my American Bully. The first vet who actually cared about what was going on with my dog and made her feel comfortable instead of anxious! They don't try to charge you a lot of money for pointless things like I've experienced at other animal clinics. They're very informational and will make sure you don't leave with any questions unanswered!

Staff is super friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and made my dog feel comfortable and welcome. He wasn’t stressed out after the visit. Overall a very positive experience, definitely will continue to build a relationship with them
