We’ve had a few appointments at Animal Medical Clinic-Merle Hay and have had an excellent experience each time. Our cats’ exams were quick and efficient but also thorough. Dr. Heyer listened to our concerns and was able to provide thoughtful responses/treatments and I can tell she cares just as much about our pets as we do. We have been so pleased with our experiences here and will certainly be continuing care!
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Heyer and the staff! I’ve been to a few vets, but she is by far the most attentive and caring I’ve encountered. She is incredibly patient, always willing to answer my questions, and truly goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed. My cat is FIV positive, and Dr. Heyer took the time to thoroughly explain what that means, answering all of my concerns with compassion. She even checks in with us, which means a lot. If you’re looking for a vet who genuinely cares about your pet’s well-being, I highly recommend Dr. Heyer!
We had a great experience working with Chris! He groomed our older dog and we were thoroughly impressed with the level of efficiency, care and quality. We greatly appreciated his friendly approach and the extra time he took to address our concerns. Highly recommend his services!
