Staff always goes above and beyond! They are transparent with your options, treatment costs, & are very compassionate. They listen to all my questions and concerns regardless of how silly they may be. Recently had a medical emergency with my pup Lola. They got her in quickly and were very communicative with calling about test results, new findings, and next steps. Wouldn't trust Lola with any other vet! Thank you to all the staff at Village Veterinary Hospital! Your hard work does not go unnoticed!

Everyone there are just wonderful with both of my pets Corky and BE. When my Mom and Dad got their new puppy Gidget, I told them to take Gidget up to Village Veterinary Hospital. They did, and they both agree with me. Our pets will always go up to Village Veterinary Hospital. I would like to thank the whole staff, for all their kindness and caring for me and my families pets. ??

Was a past client of Dr Hoffman's at another office and followed her here and new to Dr. Alrich. Great friendly staff and Dr.They were able to accommodate my schedule and change last minute appt days plus adding another pet that morning. So very much appreciated.Marley wants to add that watching others use his exercise wheel tires him out and for the most part he fits so he sits.
