Lol was leaving a reveiw and was reading all the fake ones people giving 1 star saying dont buy appliances here they dont even sell appliances they only repair them anyway the tech Tim is awesome and does great work will definitely use agian.

Called around and found most companies will not talk to you about your situation. This company is a family owned business and will take a little time to actually discuss your questions. I have been in business for 45 years and understand how to read through the reviews of the angry people. Some are actually entertaining because I have dealt with unreasonable people and can smell them out through the reviews.The customer is not always right, but sometimes customers think you need to kiss their behind even when the customer is unreasonable and being a pain. I passed up higher ratings to call this company and it went as I expected, and they will have my business next time...read full review

Bought a washer/dryer front loader he warned me what 2 do, leave the door open on the washer after its done 2 prevent the smell of mildew...he was correct it still didn't help! They usually have alot 2 choose from n r very helpful
