Hmm. Most recent review is from 2 years ago. And when calling the number all you get is an automated recording that eventually hangs up on you. Appears maybe theyve gone out of business.

Have had them out multiple times to repair the same issue over and over again on a Vulcan steamer. I have not been able to use this steamer for six months, at first it was because of parts, but then it was just a hose that was not connected correctly. When they finally did get it repaired, it broke again, four days later.I also hate calling the 515 number, it is not the local service number , but rather a generic Hobart answering number, at one point I had to call three different days just to get someone form Des Moines dispatch to finally call me.Very disappointing.

Very disappointed with the service technician that answered my phone call. No hello, no business introduction just yeah. None professional from the start. Tried to ask some questions on a hobart mixer. Very rude, very unresponsive for professional advice. Would never recommend calling again.
