This company is a nightmare, Jim who first answered my call took my dispatch number and said he would be out (12/12, Friday night) between 6 and 7pm, at 7:30 I tried calling-no answer, finally I contacted American Home Shield thinking they could get ahold of him, still no response. At 8pm I get a text stating I wasn’t able to make it, but I’ll be there tomorrow (12/13 Saturday) between 9-10am. The next day same issue NO CALL, or ANSWER by 10:30am I tried calling him, I got no answer, again I called AHS.

I normally don’t leave public reviews like this, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. James Meincke agreed to purchase my van for $3,000 and took possession of the vehicle—which he now uses for work—without ever paying me a single dollar.

As a single mother of four children who is recovering from serious injuries sustained in a domestic violence incident, I relied on that sale to help support my family. I would definitely recommend always plumbing and use them again for future issues. I mainly dealt with Jim who was absolutely professional and seemed sincerely concerned about our situation. We had a gas leak at our mobile home and needed everything repiped. It took us two weeks looking for contractors to come and fix this. Nobody wanted to do it. But I got a hold of Jim and he was out here the next day to give us an estimate. I don’t think it was an easy fix. He couldn’t fix it the first time he came out. So he was back within two days to fix it completely. I have heat and water again thanks to him.
