Bettendorf Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. is a great company with great people. They went above and beyond to get an AC unit replaced and a store back up running in one day. Customers have used them several times and they have always done a great job. They are highly recommended. The company provides high-quality service, affordable pricing, and a quick response. They are extremely professional and beyond fair. On one hot day, a tech got creative by sourcing a used part from their shop to get a unit back up and running immediately. Their response is quick, communication is great, and their service is done well. They have also fixed a gas valve and other things due to a gas leak, with a tech there bright and early Monday morning. Another time, they came out quickly before Christmas and worked around trips to the hospital to get a customer taken care of. The techs are professional, reasonable, friendly, and respectful. They explain what they are doing and why, with amazing communication. Customers give this family business a 12 on a 0-10 scale and recommend them for all HVAC needs.
Great Company! Mark took our call on a Sunday night to replace our gas valve as well as a few other things due to a gas leak. David was there bright and early Monday morning to fix the problem. Would definitely recommend using them. Their response was quick, communication great, and their service was done well.
Our furnace went out couple days before Christmas, and my mother-in-law was in the hospital passing away. Mark came out quickly and worked around our trips to the hospital to get us taken care of quickly. (AT CHRISTMAS!) He was very professional, reasonable, friendly, and respectful. Since then, our cooling unit started making noise, called them, Dan, the son, came out. Dan was just as prompt, friendly, and professional as his father, explained what he was doing and why! Communication was amazing! (Most companies cannot communicate at all!)
