“I give credit where credit is due. The day they got my paperwork they called me and explained the process. And also the time table of when I should get what I need. They answered all my questions and were professional about it. I didnt know which medical provider to use so I picked one. First it was NuCara in Creston. They were very rude and snotty when I called them wondering if they received my paperwork. So I switched to Apria. Its a sigh of relief that I did.
