My experience(s) with Orr has been great! They have serviced
my A/C units a number of times over the the past year or so, and just recently completed a replacement of both units. The units were older and just couldn’t be nursed along any further. Their emergency service is also great - they came out on a Sunday night to fix a unit, and then again on Monday morning to address new issues with the other unit… hence why we ended up replacing both older systems. The technicians are always super professional, courteous, and communicate effectively. Even the Owner Glen came by to double check what was going on… he mentioned he wanted to see first hand since they had been out there two days in a row. And no - they don’t charge a premium or anything for the owner to come by! Good culture goes a long way with me, Orr has it!
Their team in the office is awesome as well! Great communication whether it was for service or the new install. I solicited 3-bids to replace these units and Orr was by far the best. One vendor never sent the proposal, the other vendor down-sized the tonnage with a lower SEER rating but was higher $$$ and 4 weeks out on install - and a $200 trip charge any time I needed service. Orr was there the following week installing the units just after our weekend service. They probably could have been sooner but I was waiting for the other proposals to come back.
I will continue to use Orr to support my needs. I don’t expect to call them any time soon since replacing my units, but I know they will answer and will be there pretty quickly if anything comes up.

I have been going to Hair House since 2022 I believe. Woody has cut my hair every time & he does a Great Job ! He listens very carefully & cuts it the way I want it. I will definitely continue going there. It's not far from my apt. so in nice days I walk.

This is my new hair cut place. Loved my stylist. Graduated with the owner. Loved my cut and it was only $20. The last time I got my hair cut in STL it was $60 for the exact same cut. Love Creston!

I give credit where credit is due. The day they got my paperwork they called me and explained the process. And also the time table of when I should get what I need. They answered all my questions and were professional about it. I didnt know which medical provider to use so I picked one. First it was NuCara in Creston. They were very rude and snotty when I called them wondering if they received my paperwork. So I switched to Apria. Its a sigh of relief that I did. Im new to all this and I should know what is happening. And it should be explained to me politely. I appreciated that it was all explained to me. Thank You!
I stopped in for a Mother’s Day arrangement and left completely blown away. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and arranged so beautifully. My mom was thrilled when she saw it!

The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful, they took the time to make sure everything was just right. I also loved wandering through the greenhouse, so many gorgeous plants! The gift shop is packed with thoughtful little treasures and has such a warm, welcoming vibe.
Kelley's Flowers turned a simple flower pickup into a genuinely enjoyable outing. If you’re in Creston or nearby, do yourself a favor and go see them. You won’t be disappointed, I’ll definitely be back!

We held a baby shower upstairs recently. The building has been beautifully remodeled and Brian was very quick getting back to me in responding about my need for a venue to have baby shower. He actually suggested it to us. Very reasonably priced, much lower than most places around here. Not as large as others but hence price difference. However, it is clean and nice looking. There is also a chair lift to go upstairs, its a little slow but handy. I would suggest having thei ac turned on ahead of time before event held upstairs, it was pretty stuffy upon our arrival but once air started going it was comfortable. The room is a more rectangular layout which can kindve make it a little alward depending on what you're setting up for. Theres also a restroom upstairs too and plenty of tables and chairs available to use. Sarah was very kind and let me take a peek up there beforehand to get an idea of what we were working with. The only thing I was dissapointed about which was out of their hands was the wifi wasnt working the day we were there. Hopefully they get it back up & running soon. All in all we had an enjoyable experience & I would suggest this place to anyone else looking for a venue to host small gathering. Clean beds that are maintained properly and regularly. Knowledgeable & friendly staff. Great selection of lotions and other products. Services to accompdate anyone from tanning to hair cuts, pedicures, and more! No appt needed for tanning although, you may have to wait a few minutes during prom season or over lunch hours, late afternoons/ early evenings. Morning is best time to get right in and get choice of bed.

I showed up with a major issue with my tow vehicle on a camping trip. When they saw me disconnecting my trailer in the back, TJ came out to see what was going on. While initially he didn't think there was anything that could be done, he and a couple other guys brainstormed and figured out a solution. I was so grateful and he saved our trip. I live too far away to be a customer, but I cannot say enough good things about TJ and the crew.
