“We were told to come here to see Dr thorton since the bedford clinic was closed. We also explained my wife needed an ultrasound when making the appointment. We live 55 miles away and drove clear up here and checked in and walked back to a room to find out that the doctor wasnt actually there and there was a mess up. My wife needed a ultrasound and they didnt seem to want to do anything as she was in extreme pain. Showing frustration about wasting our time and money to come there the doctor made and effort to get her in to an ultrasound and actually helped her.

I would give 5 stars but the communication wasnt the best. We chose CHI because Mosaic is horrible and we were willing to drive an hour but please make sure you have your information correct that your telling your patients.“
