They got me in at a very late hour of the day and fixed the problem I was having. Everyone was so kind and caring!
We were told to come here to see Dr thorton since the bedford clinic was closed. We also explained my wife needed an ultrasound when making the appointment. We live 55 miles away and drove clear up here and checked in and walked back to a room to find out that the doctor wasnt actually there and there was a mess up. My wife needed a ultrasound and they didnt seem to want to do anything as she was in extreme pain. Showing frustration about wasting our time and money to come there the doctor made and effort to get her in to an ultrasound and actually helped her.
I would give 5 stars but the communication wasnt the best. We chose CHI because Mosaic is horrible and we were willing to drive an hour but please make sure you have your information correct that your telling your patients.
Mont arrived at my mother’s house shortly after the tornado struck Corning. He provided us with a quote that we could present to her insurance adjuster. On June 24th, they called to inform us that they had finally received all the necessary parts and would install her new AC unit and coil on June 29th, the first thing in the morning. They arrived before 9 a.m. and had her all hooked up and fixed by 1 p.m. Clint and Mont are highly professional and always explain the issues and the necessary steps. I truly appreciate their prompt attention to fixing her AC during the extreme heat that moved into the area.
