Primary Health Care Medical - West Side provides great patient care with minimal wait times. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and take the time to explain everything in detail. They are accommodating with appointment scheduling and offer affordable visits. The primary physicians are worth visiting, and the front office staff are welcoming and nice.
Echoing what a lot of other comments have said, the wait times for this clinic can be 20-30 minutes past your appointment time. Billing department is extremely slow. Otherwise, I haven’t had any problems. Clinic is clean, staff are personable and professional.
I absolutely adore this place despite some hiccups recently with messages not getting relayed back to rs and Nurses, I truly believe this place is wonderful. I see 2 doctors and a psychiatrist there and I have had the best experience with these type of Drs that I have had with seeing Drs like this since I was 14. I am a tremendously huge fan of Dr Bolinger he has been a without a doubt a God send. Wonderful man who loves the calling he has been called to do. Thank you to all of the staff who make that place so great, thank you.
Great Clinic, great doctors and staff. Always get you right in to be seen, never have to wait very long. Always explain everything in details. Thanks PHC for the great patient care!
