The first time we wanted to use our air conditioner this season it would run, but not cool the house. We called NCMS and Connor showed up the very next day. He inspected the 35 year old unit and found that it had aged out. He was able to perform a temporary fix to get us by until we could have a new one installed. Knowing the former owner of the home had installed the furnace at the same time as the air conditioner we asked to have the furnace replaced as well.
