Shane and Jack, with LINS, were on time, very proficient in removing the old water heater and installing the new one. They installed a new (small) section of the water line to the new heater with a quarter turn on/off switch to update that connection, improved the vent stack by screwing the pieces together, etc. They were neat in all of the constuction.
