I'm looking to try all so kinds of yoga this year. I emailed back and forth my questions with a quick response. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist. They had a great group of enlighted people here. I'll be back.
I would highly recommend TriYoga Of Cedar Rapids. Fantastic teachers and community. The space is very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. TriYoga is deeply relaxing and restorative practice!
The practice of yoga was absolutely essential for my recovery of breast cancer. Through yoga I am able to gain strength, confidence, relaxation, and so much more after a year of intense chemotherapy and radiation. The instructors are so amazing and helpful in honoring where my body and mind are on any given day. I am so thankful that Tri Yoga exists. I know I wouldn't be well into my survivorship without this beautiful community!
