While there are always going to be issues working anywhere, TTR has been good to me, for the most part.The starting pay and being unable to go "full time" have made my journey of improving my life to be put on hold.My supervisor, Anthony, and the next person in line, Amy, are GREAT!Being willing to communicate to not only tell them of the problems, but to make sure follow up is done has been phenominal.

What are the last names of Karla, Danielle and Melissa at the 3901 1st St SE (staff members)? They are really good, although I do need much better cords for my smartphone, headphones (corded) and I need female (rather than male) friendships, job employment (Walmart, Chick-fil-A, Pizza Hut, the Godfather's Pizza, Pizza Ranch, Papa John's Pizza, Sparking Image, Johnny Boys [car washes], book stores, the Lindale Mall, Little Caesars Pizzas, any Walgreen's, HyVee, Aldi stores, Dollar General/Dollar Tree, any local hotels or the Cedar Rapids Library. I've been with To The Rescue for a year and a half now. During my time here I've had the opportunity to advance in the company and get a significant pay raise. I feel like I'm making a positive impact in my community and the life of our members, I absolute love what I do. As an Employment Specialist I'm given the opportunity to create and nurture business relationships with members and public businesses every day. I get to meet and engage with all different kinds of people throughout my day, every week is a rewarding adventure.
