Y'all should strive to be ADEQUATE. I think that's a realistic goal.
You won't look into anything. This is the way you do business. Un-ethically.
I just found out today that Miranda Morris closed out Todd's bank accounts without notifying me. That is an example of how you do business. She threatened in January that she wouldn't be rep payee anymore since Todd wasnt receiving services from TTR. I educated her on the longstanding practice: current rep payee remains until client has a new one. That's ethical.
(He didnt receive services, he received inadequate care that the state of Iowa paid a good deal of money for.)

If you are thinking about this agency for your loved one(s), run far away from this place. When my friend was under the care of To The Rescue there were more incidents I can count in the short 8 months she lived under their care. She endured many injuries and To The Rescue refused to share incident reports with the guardian. Staff are not friendly and my friend rarely even received a greeting when she returned to her group home. Along with physical injuries there were several medication errors. The communication is basically nonexistent even with meetings weekly to try to fix issues. Staff is not serious about changing soiled depends/ clothing as my friend was completely...read full review
