Just tried setting up my mom's physical therapy was told they're refusing to provide care because my mother declined their services a year ago after she recovered from pneumonia and they seem her unsafe so now they won't help her torn rotator cuff. If doctor sends an order for something unrelated just provide the service.

I've been a patient with Therapy Solutions for over 3 years now. They were actually the third agency in Cedar Rapids I tried and I finally found a forever-home. My three gals (Carla, Deb and Kaitlin) are simply top notch. They exude professionalism and caring. I look forward to seeing them each week and they allow me to live in my apartment alone.
