“Way Overpriced!! They tried charging us over 15k just to replace all the Fascia trim on an investment property we purchased. We decided against them & went with a real local company instead which did it all for only $4200.... what a huge difference!! Definitely best to call around first, be careful as they run under multiple business names when Googling roof, siding and remodeling services within the area!!“

“We were referred to Paul with R&P Construction from another local contractor back in February. I requested a quote from Paul by phone to replace our wooden soffitt (DIY by the previous homeowner...) with aluminum. He called me and texted me to let me know he got my message, and he emailed me the quote within a few days. He was very reasonably priced and great at communicating (which I love from any contractor!!). They were able to come today (4/21/2020) and do the work. He had a few guys with him and they replaced our soffit within two hours of arriving. It looks incredible!! SUCH an improvement. The crew cleaned up after themselves and Paul was very kind to speak with. I hope we get to hire them again for other projects in the future! Would definitely recommend to others.“

“What a team effort! They were with us the whole way battling insurance. 18 months after derecho we finally got approved for our roof, another year after that we got siding replaced for half our home inspite having elite coverage. The office staff was welcoming, encouraging and assisted with any questions we had. Heck the owner called us one day when he was about to board an airplane. Once the ball rolled things went fast! The project manager kept us posted and the crew were very friendly as well as doing a wonderful job! Hopefully we won't need any repairs in the future, but if we don't we will be calling DIVISION 7! “We worked with Seth Heeren on an insurance claim from a storm that damaged our roof siding and gutters basically the entire exterior of the house insurance fought with me for months not trying to pay for it Seth went to war with them for us for at least 5-6 months relentlessly calling emailing doing anything he could to get our home repaired in the end he got us everything we needed and some above and beyond is an understatement for the work he put in to get us what we were owed without his help I would probably still be fighting with insurance our home is fixed and looks 1000x better than before we are forever grateful for his efforts as most people would have most likely given up and moved on he didn't he treated our home as if it was his own and made sure everything was better than before the damage! “It did take them some time to get to us. They probably had many other jobs. That's just a give in. The most popular businesses have the longest wait time. But once they got to us the work went quick and efficient. The workers knew their jobs and they did them. In the past we talked to Dan Young directly. But he probably has reasons why he can't anymore. Our main contact on the last roofing project was Jamie Hamilton-Howell. She was knowledgeable and worked with us well. Gave us a good idea of the pricing and other details and listened to feedback from us. There was a previous roofing job where Dan Young more closely directed a project. He had to deal with the poor job of a company from Clear Lake - I can't remember that other company's name but I know they are no longer in business. Dan and his team did the damage control on that well. We would likely seek their services for future roofing jobs. There will always be another storm - hail, wind, etc.“
