Although I was thrilled that the doctor upped my prescription to the point where I feel like I could see again. He would not discuss my Eye health with me at all. And I have several issues. Then when I went across to pick out my new frames. The women that were working in there were loud, obnoxious rude. They completely ignored me and the minute. They found out that I was there as a medicaid patient. They would not help me. There was not a pair of frames in that place that I would have paid for let alone accepted from my insurance. Then when a different supplier of glasses contacted them for my prescription so that I could get my glasses. They would not fax my prescription...read full review
