“To start, he thoroughly cleaned and explained the hows and whys of his particular process. He was easy to ask questions about how specific machines and chemicals he uses are specially made to clean carpet types and the padding under the carpets. I had my basement and stairs cleaned, and one thing that stood out was how carefully he used his blacklight to find every point that needed to be cleaned. On a side note, he efficiently moved his equipment in and out of my house. After a couple of days, my carpets smell great. No mistakes were made when cleaning out my carpets and stairs.
