Breathing Room has been such a gift to me. I couldn't ask for more genuine, down to earth teachers or a more nurturing environment to heal and grow in. Im truly blessed to have been introduced to these humans and this space. Small classes, knowledgeable instructors and convenient location. Can't beat it.
I've been a yogi for nearly four decades, mainly in my own home. I attended Yoga for POC this afternoon and it was a truly chill experience. The instructor was kind and professional, making sure each of us (roughly 15 in all) were comfortable in the space. At the end, each of us were offered free passes to future classes.
