GREAT service!! Andy was super professional and excellent work! We put him through the test with a number of BAD drain clean outs and all of them were done well! Highly recommend!!
Gavin came to our home at 7:20 pm on Thursday evening. I had an emergency situation when my DIY retrieval of an unintentional flushed carpet washing machine lint trap escalated as I was dumping dirty wet vac water down the John 🙈 … led to me dismounting and then inverting the toilet … no joy on recovering the filter/trap … but did discover the service line kept leaking despite my best efforts to turn valve off.
I called 1-TOM Plumbing and Sami answered right away. Before my house flooded Gavin was knocking at my door, entered and calmed the waters both literally and figuratively!
