These guys were fantastic! I had a clogged sewer drain and my house sits way back from the street. They worked for three hours the first day and couldn’t find the clog. My second time in three months having to call on these guys to clean out the drain because of water coming up in the basement. It took a couple of days to hear back the second time around, but I heard from them nonetheless. They came ten minutes early to a 9:00a appointment the next day and they did just as good, if not better, as the first time in October. I talked to a few plumbers to see about getting a camera to inspect the state of the orangeburg that is always in the back of mind, and these guys put a camera through the first time and figured out exactly how much orangeburg pipe there is and where it is located. These guys saved the day!! I had a complete sewer main blockage that nobody wanted to touch. I called Magic Men and explained the problem (a different company had spent 12 hours trying to clear tree roots from my main line, resulting in a total blockage), and they were still willing to come try to do what no other company could or would. They came out the same day that I called, were even earlier than expected, and they had the equipment needed to clear the blocked main line in no time!
