I wanted to give accolades and provide a review regarding the BK Flooring company in Cedar Falls Iowa. They have provided us with outstanding customer service and support over the years and have recently helped us with a needed shower seat replacement. Jamie worked directly with the company to ensure a perfect solution was possible so that we did not have to go to the expense of installing a new shower system from scratch. The replacement shower seat matched the colors in the shower perfectly and saved us a lot of money. My experience with Jamie and Tiffani on my home remodel were amazing. They were patient and so helpful in directing me to a decision when there are SO many options. They met with me many times and allowed to take samples home over the weekend to look at their samples in various day-lighting situations. I can't say enough about BK Tile and Kitchen Design Gallery. They are the best to work with.
