“I wanted to give accolades and provide a review regarding the BK Flooring company in Cedar Falls Iowa. They have provided us with outstanding customer service and support over the years and have recently helped us with a needed shower seat replacement. Jamie worked directly with the company to ensure a perfect solution was possible so that we did not have to go to the expense of installing a new shower system from scratch. The replacement shower seat matched the colors in the shower perfectly and saved us a lot of money. I would like to thank Jamie at BK Flooring for her effort and expertise in taking great care of us, and I must add to the list the highly skilled and master installer for his talents and attention to detail in completing this challenging custom retrofit. Thank you all again.”
