Great experience with Nick and Kelli! I usually work with an insurance broker to compare multiple insurance companies to get the best rate. I decided to try American Family directly to see if a change could benefit me. Nick was patient and ran quotes for me multiple times to ensure the best fit for price and my needs. He didn’t push for me to purchase extra coverage or lines of service I didn’t need. I was super impressed. The rates came in much lower than the “lowest rate” shopped by my previous brokerage.
We had Melissa shoot facility photos and headshots for our new business and she knocked it out. She captured the space in a way that represents how it feels in person. Headshots were professional and not stiff, and she was willing to visit again/have staff come to her studio so we could catch everyone on different schedules. Turnaround was fast! I was introduced to Jess by a co worker and I have to say I am so happy with the connection I have made with her. She understands deeply about budget and NEVER disappoints!! The atmosphere in the shop is down right welcoming and friendly by all... When I came to Jess I had been to another well known place in DSM and after me trying to save me $500 I tried my color (platinum) by myself, TOTAL mistake and Jess corrected it and got me to my level I wanted. I HAVE SO MANY compliments on my hairs color, cut and the condition of it. Having harsh chemicals put on Jess has always seem to have kept it soft and shiny with her education she has given me. We have nothing but positive things to say about the quality of workmanship, attention to every little detail, and communication from the entire team throughout the process. They showed up when they said they would and they were clean and courteous, which can be a rarity these days. We absolutely love our walnut cabinets and the layout and flow of our new kitchen. The highlight of our project was adding a live edge walnut slab to an existing brick wall to make an island. It was a challenging project but they worked on it until they got it right. Exceptionally clean buisness in a great location with easy parking. Im a 61 year old trucker, I have trouble with maintaining foot health especially thick nails and calluses. The technician was a professional very very thorough and exceptionally clean. I got my calluses reduced and my old man nails trimmed and reduced. Also worked on a couple ingrown nails, totally pain free. The nice employees chatted about my presence and my foot health in mandarin, I might speak back as im fluent but maybe just listen and smile.
