I made a very special order from Pritchard Bros for a sheet metal board to hang for a magnetic massages center in my kitchen. It is to be a gift for my daughter. Pritchard Bros had made me one about 6 years ago that she lived and wanted one for her kitchen too. They took my order over the Phone late morning and had the project completed and ready for me to pick up by mid afternoon.

We had a great experience with Pritchard’s! Bob was our plumber and he was fantastic—prompt, efficient, and very friendly. He explained things clearly and to the point: here’s the issue, here’s the fix, done. No over-complicating, but it was clear he would’ve gone into more detail if we needed it.
The receptionist was also very helpful and quick to respond to questions (full disclosure: she’s one of my best friends, so I might be biased—but she’s truly great at her job 😄).
