Dr. Dale has been my chiropractor since he has been here and I wouldn't go any where else! He has always found out where my problem is and the pain goes away! Great to have such good results without meds or surgery!! I recommend him to ALL my family and friends!!

I had been experiencing shoulder and neck pain for a few years when I went to see Dr. Thompson, and after just 3 or 4 visits, I could already tell the difference. He can identify where the real problem is and work through gentle techniques to relieve it. I have appreciated that he "releases" me to just contact him when I feel new twinges coming up. He is GREAT at what he does!!

I've been going to Dr. Thompson since he opened his business in Boone. He is very attentive to any aches and pains and always seems to get to the heart of the problem. I even went in and had adjustments after open heart surgery and he knew exactly what I needed. I would recommend him to anyone for help with a major problem all the way to just a general "tune-up".
