Best veterinary clinic I have ever been to. Dr. Elizabeth is great! So accomidating. I was able to use a seperate entrance straight to a private exam room to avoid the main entrance and the other animals and people waiting. If you have a large breed K-9 that loves to investigate other animals in an unwanted way they will help with your stress. Just call them from outside and they will direct you to an alternative entrance when they are ready for your dog. Perfect. Also you can pay in exam room. In and out. Trouble free. Great medicine.
We switched from another local vet to this one and have never regretted it. My dog was being treated for the same issues for over 2 years by the other vet and went here once where they took their time and really found the problem. We have been issue free ever since. (Skin issues, allergy issues, and ear issues for reference) . Also the other day my mom took her new pup there and we were worried about how she was acting after her shots. They texted with us, let us send a video of her, and then worked us right in to be double checked. She ended up being ok but we definitely took notice of how much they cared and made us and miss darla feel better.
Our pets are well-cared for here. The vets we've seen have all been patient, kind, and willing to provide options for treatment. They are straightforward with pricing and easy to get a hold of between appointments. We also appreciate the new scheduling app!
