The front desk receptionist is friendly and helpful, and their experienced technicians explain HVAC processes clearly. Customers have noted that the technicians are very competent, with one technician, Troy, being praised for his quick response and the quality of his work. For plumbing needs, they provide quick and professional service, and clients appreciate the thoroughness of their technicians, who ensure everything runs as it should. The office staff also keeps customers informed about arrival times, making the entire process smooth and efficient.
The front desk receptionist is very friendly and eager to help. Seasoned technicians with years of experience who walk you through the process of the service and explain things easily if you want to know how things work on your equipment. Have not used them for plumbing yet, but as far as HVAC goes it is top notch for our home!
Brooker is our go-to for their transparency, expertise/quality, and customer service. They replaced our furnace/AC, and helped us with paperwork to submit to insurance (above and beyond). When there was an issue with their hydrant replacement that I didn't have them correct for almost a year, they still corrected the error without charge. Highly recommend, will continue to use for home/business.
We always use Brooker for all our plumbing needs. Chris came to install a new sump pump and was courteous and efficient. We had a misunderstanding on the charges but after talking to them an adjustment was made that was more than fair. We really appreciate Brookers for their consistent and professional help.
