We woke up the morning of the 4th of July with some water in our basement after 9 or so inches had fallen the night before which caused a power outage and our sump pump to fail. We pulled up all flooring but needed heavy duty equipment to dry everything out quickly so we contacted Servpro of Ames.
Gage was our tech, and he was awesome to work with. He was straightforward, explained exactly what needed to be done, and fielded our many questions with clear answers. Dylan and Gage were wonderful to work with! They explained everything they were going to do before they did it. They carried a dehumidifier and big fans as well as pellets to my basement.
