Weekend doctor visits such as express or urgent care has always made me feel unseen and unheard. Today I stopped in to an express care. We saw John and he was FANTASTIC! He was great with my young child, he listened, he helped. I will absolutely come back to the express care if I ever need to again.
Dr. McClelland clearly explained each procedure, test result, and medication. He was efficient and also compassionate, listening carefully to any concerns. If I’m sick again I’ll hope that he’s the doctor on call.
My appointment was started on time. Symptoms were reviewed and a diagnosis was given. Prescription written and I was done in less than 15 minutes. I was thankful I could easily get an appointment at the urgent care.
