Went in a few minutes before 5 pm. to pick out some glasses. As soon as I walked in the door, I got a look that could kill. The first thing that was said is "we close in a few minutes." I just turned around and left. There's nothing like being felt a bother. Already had my exam for the Johnston location and was treated great. But, there are plenty of other places to go. Why would you even close at 5 when most people work until 5? The employee didn't even know what I wanted or needed. I got a look that said, "Why would you be here. Been going here for years and the one time I call because my vision is blurry they couldn't get me in for two weeks. Needless to say. I went somewhere else and my prescription changed because of diabetes. I won't be back.

I had a great experience today! I came in as a new patient and from start to finish it was amazing! The doctor was so kind and helped me figure out what was best for my eye care and was able to answer all my questions. The ladies working up front were great helping me pick out frames and was knowledgeable with my insurance. I felt so welcomed. Thank you!
