I had a great experience. The doctor is funny and knowledgeable, not to mention efficient. He’s fast but doesn’t rush. Also the Opticians were very friendly and helpful. Especially one guy who seemed to know how everything worked I’m assuming was a manager of some type I did not get his name but the questions seems to go to him.

Dixie and Jennifer took great care of me & I love my new glasses. The price was very affordable and the glasses were ready just 5 days after I ordered them, which was 2 days faster than they told me it would be.

My only hiccup there was that I was told I had to have my prescription prior to ordering glasses, but it wasn’t specified that it had to be a paper copy. I had a picture of the prescription on my phone. So if you are going just to pick out glasses be sure to bring a hard copy of your prescription.

I was able to get in today and Jennifer was very helpful to my husband and i! I called earlier this week and explained the situation to Keith and he went above and beyond. Thank you to Jennifer and Keith!!
