I was there 3 times and no one was working. I asked for copies of my returns, but the copy machine didn’t work. Made another trip back today to pick up copies and again, no one was at the desk. (Altoona Walmart)

I went to the Altoona Walmart location. The representative was very helpful, I thought she did a great job on my taxes. Even let me just walk in early for my appointment & finished my taxes on the spot. Very friendly & efficient.
