Update: I’ve spoken with Dave several times now to resolve the issue. The discrepancy was caused by a miscommunication on their end and he even offered to refund 1/2 of his fee to make it right! Thank you for helping me get this resolved.
Very poor experience! Tried someone new & being local was important. No issues with Federal but State extremely over calculated a refund and instead owe. Owing isn’t the issue, but I would like an explanation for the huge swing. I have called and left message after message and never get a call back. Seems like they know they made a big mistake and don’t want to take accountability for it! Very disappointed!

If you bring all your documents and accurately account for your taxes your return will get completed insanely fast.
