Always helpful and friendly. A good local resource for pool pump parts and supplies and open to the public. Most places on the island "only sell wholesale to the trade" for pump repair parts but Gemini has always been helpful with providing commonly needed supplies and parts. We drive from the Eastside to shop here. Much more pleasant experience than "that other retailer" in Hawaii Kai.

Email Gemini Pools about a parts package I saw online. They emailed me the next morning. Did not have the package but had all the individual parts I needed for the same price. I'm not going to big box stores for pool supplies ever again. Thank you.

I just bought a home with a pool and the guy I hired did a poor job. Woke up and my pool was turning green. Took a water sample in and Rochelle diagnosed the problem, gave me instructions how to back wash the filter and what to add. One day later crystal clear.
