Hawaiian Island Pools was incredible from start to finish! From the very first conversation, their communication was clear, consistent, and honestly refreshing. Every question I had was answered, every update was shared, and I always knew exactly where we were in the process. Every member of the team was absolutely amazing. Wes, the owner, is the real deal. You can tell right away that he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in delivering quality work. He doesn’t rush the job, he doesn’t cut corners — he treats your project like it’s happening in his own backyard. If you’re looking for a company that’s professional, honest, and genuinely committed to a smooth experience, Hawaiian Island Pools is the one. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everyone is quick to criticize these days. Lost is the art of stepping back and looking at situations from the whole perspective. For me, this company has exceeded my expectations in all areas. Lee Owens, the sales guy, is not a sales guy. He's a pool guy who is honest and straightforward about what would fit best in my yard and within my budget. Always there for me when i had a question. Sure there was a 5 month wait until dig day. The demand for pools in my area has skyrocketed like never before and I am understanding about the world we live in with this pandemic. The owner was here on dig day to endure everything started correctly. His office manager JILL is easy to work with and she gives me timely updates about the process and what's next,He USES HIS OWN CREW AND THEY ARE OUTSTANDING! MIKE, BRIAN AND JOE know exactly what they're doing and were fine qith me asking questions about the process. They cleaned up after their respective jobs, they were personable, and a pleasure to have around working on my dream pool! They even helped me fix my slope/drainage issue ive had ever since i moved in five years ago! They started on Feb 15, 2021, and ONLY 10 days later all that is left is a few inspections, the concrete deck pour and acrylic sealant! NOT A LONG WAIT FOR A POOL WITH THIS COMPANY. I cant wait for it to be finished!

We were so impressed with the whole process! Very professional, work was done when it was scheduled. Lee and his entire team were an absolute pleasure, Can’t say enough great things about Hawaiian Island Pools. We are so enjoying our new addition!
