Kua gave us the best estimate of 4 companies I solicited and did not try to sell me products or maintenance plans I didn’t need. Neil scheduled us within the week and the guys were efficient and professional. Very happy I found the ValPac coupon with the AireConditioner Shoppe. I just wish they would spell it correctly!
I like that everybody really knew what they were doing from the initial scout to the split a/c installation. The unit looks great, and I feel confident that it was set up in the best way possible. Pricing is clear, fair, and comes with a good warranty. The only thing that threw me was how they inform you of your installation date. They give you a ballpark date at first, but then call a few days in advance to confirm the date. I was weary of this, but in the end it all worked out and I am very happy.
Great communication with request, quote, before and during installation via phone and in person. Professional and friendly. Cleaned up afterwards like they were never there! We installed a small split ac after being satisfied with our larger unit in another part of the house 6 years ago. Very knowledgeable with different house structure placements and electrical circuit capabilities. Highly recommend!!!
