I have four split a/c units in my town home that had never been serviced and were around 15 years old! They were on time, professional, and did a great job! They are definitely knowledgeable and have a lot of experience. We will definitely be using them again!

They're the best! Ryan and his crew knocked the ball Out of the park with the installation of our new Misubishi split a/c! So professional and totally up front with what needed to be done! No hidden costs or unmet expectations! Recommend highly!!

I purchased a system from them and was promised a 12 year warranty. Well, warranty only covers parts. I pay for labor and all materials. For something covered under warranty, i have to pay almost 1000.00 out of my own pocket. Then, to top it off, they can't get the part for 90 days, and that's no guarantee.Service has been poor. Had problems with leaks from day one. Repair guy comes by, fills the refrigerant but does not look for or fix the leak. So he is back in a few months. Same thing.Right now I'm stuck with an ac that doesn't work. Will probably have to replace the compressor. Going with a bigger company.Services: Repair HVAC
