“Best yoga class & group I've been to anywhere in the world. Vicki & Kerri are a breath of fresh air, keeping you feel light hearted whilst encouraging you to push deeper into your practice. They instruct with a sense of humour whilst assisting all new comers to focus on the important foundations of each Asana & where you should feel your body stretch. I would wholeheartedly recommend this class to anyone & everyone, even those who require injury rehabilitation & strengthenlong. I wish I had of found this class earlier!“
