They took her in right away when they opened and helped her with her impacted belly. Jenny Belle was very happy&felt so good last night she meowed&squacked at me wanting a second dinner! “I've been taking my dogs there for the past 8 yrs and loved both Dr Francis and Dr Darren, father and son duo. Dr Francis is ol school and talks to the owner directly, especially during this covid craziness. Dr. Darren will call you and let you know the updates. They are still not allowing owner and their pets in the office and you will have to call the office and they'll come out to get your pet. Their cost still remain affordable when paying cash. I enjoy the supporting staff too.“

All of the folks who work here were very friendly and good at their jobs and really cared about my dogs and about my concerns. They were thorough and I'm happy to have a clean bill of health for another year. Will be back annually.“
“I randomly called this location for an urgent visit for my dog and they were able to take me that day. Unfortunately we loss our dog before the scheduled appointment so I called to let them know we no longer needed to come in. I was emotional during the call and said out loud, “I don’t know what to do now.” I was saying it to myself and the person in the phone thought I was saying it to them lol She was so nice and advised that I could bring him in and they would assist with cremation services.We got there just before closing and I didn’t feel rushed, they graciously offered us to go into a private room to say our final goodbyes. I appreciate their patience and grace. So much aloha in a time we needed it the most. I appreciate them so much <3“

“Absolutely amazing group. We just got to the island and have been having pure bad luck with our babies. Our dog with a constant yeast infection that they were able to help us finally clear up. Then our sweet 17yr old cat was having scary episodes that we ended up needing a cardiologist for (which thankfully they have) and finding out he's in heart failure. Dr. Shah has been phenomenal in keeping contact with me on how to administer medications, the importance of each one, as well as how he is doing on them. It has eased my mind considerably given the circumstances, which aren't easy. If it weren't for her and the staff I would feel utterly lost. I just want them to know how thankful we are for their kindness and helpfulness through all of this.“

They provided care for wellness, dental cleanings, orthopedic surgery, tumor removal, and everything else. We are sad we moved and don't get to take a pets here anymore.“

“I love Dr. Hsu. He saved my Yorkie's life two years ago. He loves animals and his practice. He recently removed her tooth and took time showing me how to brush her teeth at the re-check appointment today. The staff are very competent.“
“Our 13 year old dog all of the sudden got sick and they accommodated us and took us right away and were able to find out what was wrong and take care of the problem. And now she is back to her normal self.The staff is extremely nice and very helpful and always makes sure all questions are asked.
