“I've been taking my dogs there for the past 8 yrs and loved both Dr Francis and Dr Darren, father and son duo. Dr Francis is ol school and talks to the owner directly, especially during this covid craziness. Dr. Darren will call you and let you know the updates. They are still not allowing owner and their pets in the office and you will have to call the office and they'll come out to get your pet. Their cost still remain affordable when paying cash. I enjoy the supporting staff too.“

Over many years (3 dogs), they have been professional and efficient--never have I felt that I was kept waiting unnecessarily. And they seem to enjoy working there, which translates to a very friendly staff.“

Many hospitals and clinics wanted to charge me extra for same day appointments. and everything was just higher in price in general. Dr. Dunne and staff at hale ola was more concerned about my dog’s well being and was happy to see her. (This was our first time here). They took very good care of us and my dog Moon is doing so much better! They made the entire experience as smooth as possible and gave me easy straight forward directions with aftercare and medications.

“I recently had to make the hard decision to let my cat of 17 years go. I'd heard good things about Arms of Aloha, and I'm glad I made the call. Dr. Carolyn Nuan came just in time to help send my boy off right when he needed it most. I'm glad I went with Arms of Aloha. Dr. Nuan came to my house, stepped me through the process, and provided a soft blanket for my cat to lay on so he could pass away on my lap. When he'd crossed over, Dr. Nuan provided a pet bed at the back of the Arms of Aloha van which really helped me through the process. The staff has been very communicative and supportive. I appreciate the follow up card, paper gifts, information, and support group resources. My boy came back to me about a week later, so it was a fairly quick turn around. Hopefully it'll be a long while before I need their service again, but I would definitely contact Arms of Aloha if I need to send another pet off.“

“I’ve been to see Dr Chang a few times over the years. He and his staff are amazing and are always super kind and patient with my chickens. With my first chicken he saved her life after she likely ate something toxic and she ended up living another few years. My second chicken made it to 8.5 years and when she finally passed (naturally) their team sent my family a card ?.

Great customer service, fair prices compared to everyone else in the area (even ones that claimed to be the cheapest, but tried to charge hundreds for things we didn't need), and efficient. I already thought they were awesome, but then when it was time to move off island they were even more amazing! They helped me plan appts accordingly, and they filed my animals paperwork for the airport with individual name tabs (because I have 4 animals). It was very helpful. Thanks for everything!“

“I have been a loyal customer of Dr. Kam for the pass 30 years. You won’t find a more compassionate, loving and friendly staff. I love the fact that Dr. Kam dies the basic exam, vaccination, etc. in front of you. I’ve moved farther away from Kalihi & have tried closer vets, but don’t like the fact that they take my fur babies to another room doing who knows what or nothing at all without solving any medical issues. And one of them even had me tranquilize my Pit Bull just because she was just overly excited and just wants to love people. No tranquilizer per Dr. Kam and she was able to manage my Pit Bull with no muzzle. Anyway me and my fur babies Love Dr. Kam and her staff and pray she maintains good health and never retires. Thank You all for your Humbleness and genuine Love for animals, to include staying true to your motto: Treating & Loving Pets as Family!

This is the only Vet clinic where I will take my baby. Where other Vet clinics they have upsold us in the past and didn’t let you know the full cost til they hand you a bill.“

“Absolutely the best veterinary experience we have ever had. Our beloved Iniki was ready to cross the rainbow bridge and our regular vet did not have time to fit us in. I searched and was lucky enough to find Mililani Town Center Pet Clinic and the incredible Dr. Jordan.We made an appointment and even though they did not know us or Iniki, they were so kind, so thoughtful, so understanding and so professional that our Iniki's last moments were precious. Dr. Jordan and his assistant Charlie truly love animals and it is obvious in the care they show. The front desk staff were so sweet as well, especially Angelica. When I returned to retrieve Iniki's ashes a couple days later, they had washed and rolled up the beach towel we used to bring him in.Today a sympathy card arrived in the mail hand written by Dr. Jordan and it was priceless and so heartfelt. We have moved our other dog Kona's records over to MTCPC and we will never be looking for another vet!Aloha and mahalo nui loa to Dr. Jordan and his wonderful staff!“
