As a former patient at the Sam's Club location, I already knew that I would be receiving the best of care from Dr. Shibayama and his staff of doctors and assistants at their newly opened Pearlridge location. I am very confident that I will be a patient there for a long time to come. Awesome!!
I have been going to Hawaii Vision Associates for years now. I can only say if you need your eyes checked this is the place to go! Dr. Robb Shibayama is the best, not only can he answer your concerns, but he makes you feel comfortable. You don't need to be a member of Sam's Club to see the doctor.
My family and I have been seeing Dr. Shibayama and Co. since he started his operation. Customer service and operations are top notch, they are always trying to find ways to make the experience as convenient and seamless as possible.
