Wish these guys actually had some integrity in their work, as opposed to just trying to make money off people. My rental company setup an appointment for a cleaning of our AC. They came out and did nothing and said the unit needs to be cleaned and charged $250. In what world is this how you do business? We asked for the cleaning to be done. Don’t trust this business at all!

I run a property management company in South Maui and have contracted Jason and his team on close to 20 jobs now. Integrity has done a great job, they show up when they say they will, bids have been accurate, and they always make time for urgent repairs. Will keep using them in the future!

Installed our spit system on the roof of our Ohana instead of on the ground and then charged us $1500 to move it onto the ground. In addition after we had the system for less than 2 months, the fuses inside the compressor units went out due to a recent Kona storm, and they said the unit was not under warranty due to the 'dirty electric' in Kahului. They wanted to charge us over $400 to change the fuses after assessing what damage had occurred to our new system. They took our fuses with them, and now we are at a loss to get an honest AC tech to help us replace our fuses. I will never again do business with this company.
