Purchased an 8 string Kamaka ukulele from Scotty's. Mike and Thomas were friendly, knowledgeable, engaging, and patient. We spent more than two hours in the store before settling on a choice.
I can honestly say I've never felt more at home or welcome in a business than at Scotty's. Not only did Mike listen to my concerns about fit, he also provided a wealth of resources oriented to my status as a rank beginner.
Frankly, if it weren't for the fact that I didn't live on Kauai, I'd absolutely want to become a regular here.

Great place with knowledgeable people. They were easy going and explained a lot. I picked up a ukulele but they have multiple instruments including Taylor guitars. Recommend stopping by.
