This guy Ryan is legit.. like seriously. I don’t usually write reviews but being that I’m from kauai, and dealt with a lot of mechanics this guy and his operation stands out. He’s an ace. It honestly really felt like he cared and knew EXACTLY what he was doing. when it came time to get the job done he was quick, efficient affordable and made it simple to understand what was going on. 5 stars. Big time
Excellent service. Ryan explained any issues and then fixed each one. Reasonable costs and no upsells or surprises. We didn’t realize that there was another shop option to service our Mercedes. We now found Ryan and Premier Auto and we will be repeat customers. We already booked his ceramic detailing. Also, cleaned under our hood, looks like new.
