“I had flown into Kauai with my mom for the week and my laptop froze. I had a bunch of work due. Thank God Poipu Computer Service was open on Saturday and Sunday for a few hours. The owner was so friendly and nice. My laptop was an old one and my files that I needed got encrypted. He wasn't able to fix my computer but did assure me when I bought my new laptop he would help transfer everything to the new one. He didn't even charge me for anything.
