These guys were extremely helpful when my brother needed to get his Lenovo checked out. Thankfully we had the time and they managed to diagnose the problem with the PC. They were very patient and thorough. While we came back with a diagnosis, their policy was very reasonable and I would recommend their services if you are attempting to fix your own machine.
I am incredibly impressed with their service (super friendly, efficient)...I was freaking out when my laptop crashed. Called every # for computer repair on Kauai. Left a vm with all. Pono Anama at Kukui IT called me back. Said come right over. He fixed it in 15 minutes. Showed me a trick, dumped my Norton, added a better (and free) anti-virus software...got me on a cloud based backup...all under 45 minutes. GREAT!
They were fast to figure out the problem that I had with my laptop, and knew what the problems were and the cost of it. they were also able to breakdown my options going forward. James, Bryson and the other person were very helpful people. Highly recommend!
