Quite possibly the smartest IT and web minds on Kauai. The diverse team has helped in varying moments of computer chaos and web challenges for our growing non-profit organization. As an employer of a small, but mighty team of 10, it is incredibly reassuring to have Kukui IT handling our computers.
These guys were extremely helpful when my brother needed to get his Lenovo checked out. Thankfully we had the time and they managed to diagnose the problem with the PC. They were very patient and thorough. While we came back with a diagnosis, their policy was very reasonable and I would recommend their services if you are attempting to fix your own machine.
I am incredibly impressed with their service (super friendly, efficient)...I was freaking out when my laptop crashed. Called every # for computer repair on Kauai. Left a vm with all. Pono Anama at Kukui IT called me back. Said come right over. He fixed it in 15 minutes. Showed me a trick, dumped my Norton, added a better (and free) anti-virus software...got me on a cloud based backup...all under 45 minutes. GREAT!
