“A wonderful nurturing supportive yoga studio. This is the place to go if you are new to Yoga or want a place to go that is welcoming to all then the search is over. From the moment I walked into the studio til now a year later it has been the best experience. I feel like the value I get far exceeds the nominal cost. The teachers are knowledge and extremely helpful in making sure that my alignment is correct and are able to help use different props that are supportive if you are having aches or pains.“

“I’ve tried just about all the body maintenance and wellness programs imaginable, as maintaining a stress free, healthy body has always been a top priority. Nothing even comes close to comparing to my experience with body stress release. I understand that everyone is different and results vary, but from my family and my experiences, I can say that our regular sessions with Sherri have been completely life changing. I’m not sure how we ever went without it. From acute ailments that pop up, to the slow residual effects of the everyday stresses of life, Sherri absolutely melts it all away. The next day we wake up feeling like a new person. I’m so very thankful to have found her. My whole family sees Sherri now and I make sure any visitors we have get a session while they are here. I can’t say enough, just something you have to experience for yourself! My highest recommendation!“

“After completing the Captain Cook Monument do not forget to stop by and celebrate with some refreshing fresh squeezed beverages. Ring the bell in excitement and get yourself something to cool down. Lots of chickens in the parking lot so make sure you drive carefully! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.“

“Recently retired & looking for a class I would fit in. Yuki & Julie are warm, kind & awesome teachers. I was not adapting to Yoga but strongly felt it was something I wanted to pursue. Both instructors are very keen acknowledging your strengths and weaknesses and I have to say, keep trying until they find a way for you to learn. Soo happy to registered with a studio that is so understanding and welcoming. I am finishing my second round of beginner yoga and looking forward to incorporating this in my daily life. Who would have thought!?“

“I'm happy I found Alissa, an outstanding trainer, here. She has a deep knowledge of appropriate exercise for different muscle groups. If a particular exercise doesn't work for me, she will find an alternative. Alissa is creative--she switches it up every session so I'm never bored. She has tailored a program to help me be the best I can be. I'm delighted!“

“I've been a member now for a year, and there are a lot of good things about this gym and a couple close deal breakers. Pros: Its almost never super busy, and it has a pool (although great to swim the water does seem a little murky most of the time which makes me wonder how often they clean it) - those are the main pros. Its also very friendly - lots of friendly staff that know your name and greet you and friendly gym goers. I also think the trainer I had, Roxy, was a pro. They have a snazzy work out room with a fancy video setup, and the spin class area looks modern as well. The Cons/downsides, mainly the sauna. Folks, it's impressive around here to find a gym with both a pool and sauna and you think you've scored! However the dry sauna is outdated, doesn't get that hot around 120-140 degrees fahrenheit (should be around 160-170 degrees), and the wet sauna is still broken I think. The dry sauna is small, and the wood is nasty and smelly from all the sweaty people over the years, it is very drafty as it doesn't provide a good seal around the door, and it also closes early everyday at 7pm, so its not the luxurious after workout experience you think it will be. Soooo many complaints have been made about the sauna, but their star feature has been given little upgrade attention. Members found little ways to trick the system to make it hotter, but then signs went up threatening automatic membership revoking if anyone is caught doing that. The low heat sauna is tragedy really, because it would be a really low bar for a competitor to offer something slightly better for a similar price point and have members jump ship.Update: they have since put in magnets to hold the sauna door closed so there is less draft and it does get hotter. I wish it didn't take them a year to do this. Getting fixes or equipment replacements seems to take a lot longer than they ever should.Pricing: it's pricey considering fixes and improvements take forever and will cost you to use a lot of energy to keep asking for them. The black Friday deal seems to be the best price to join if you pay for the full year it took my monthly to $50/mo. Normally they charge about $100/no in any normal non deal sign up.“
