I have been extremely happy with my results after attending Yuki’s beginning yoga class. As a seventy-one year old male, I have experienced impressive improvement in my mobility after a year of yoga. I am much more flexible because of Yuki’s yoga instruction. The small class size enables her to meet the needs of all her students. She is very knowledgeable and perceptive to each individual’s needs. I would highly recommend Yuki’s classes to everyone.
Recently retired & looking for a class I would fit in. Yuki & Julie are warm, kind & awesome teachers. I was not adapting to Yoga but strongly felt it was something I wanted to pursue. Both instructors are very keen acknowledging your strengths and weaknesses and I have to say, keep trying until they find a way for you to learn. Soo happy to registered with a studio that is so understanding and welcoming. I am finishing my second round of beginner yoga and looking forward to incorporating this in my daily life. Who would have thought!?
